Founding Pilot subscription

The CounterKite Founding Pilot is $49 per location/month for each participating location. Before hosted checkout, the enrollment form shows the selected location count and the corresponding monthly total. The subscription renews monthly until canceled. You can manage or cancel through the customer portal when available. If the portal is unavailable, contact support to request cancellation before the next renewal.

Checkout and payment verification are provided through Stripe-hosted checkout and Polsia's payment service. A return from checkout alone does not grant workspace access; the payment must be verified and claimed by an account with the same verified email address.

Early-access functionality

CounterKite is in early access and features are actively being developed. The current workflow supports store-material uploads, manager briefs, employee pre-shift packs, published employee links, quizzes, and manager-visible results. Generated product lessons can require manager review. Employee checklist marks are stored in the employee's browser and do not sync to the manager workspace. Product output can need correction; review it before relying on it in a store.

Enrollment and account use

Provide accurate purchaser and retailer details. After payment verification, create or sign in to a manager account using the purchaser email address, verify that email, then claim the enrollment to enter workspace setup. Keep access to your account secure and upload only materials you are permitted to use with the service.
